We recognize that your schedule may change unexpectedly. To accommodate these changes, we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without any penalty, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, we are happy to reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
